Subscription Refund Policy
We offer IPTV subscription plans of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
Our refund terms are as follows:
- 1-Month Subscription – Non-refundable once activated.
- 3-Month Subscription – Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided service has not been misused.
- 6-Month & 12-Month Subscriptions – Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of activation.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days using the same payment method used at purchase.
Product Refund Policy (Loaded Devices)
We sell pre-configured Fire TV Sticks and Android TV Boxes loaded with our IPTV service.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery, provided the device is returned in its original condition with all accessories.
- Devices showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorised software changes are not eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Contact on WhatsApp with your order number, payment receipt, and reason for refund.
- For devices, include photos showing the condition of the product.
- Follow the instructions provided by our support team for returning any hardware.
Processing Time
- All approved refunds are processed within 3 business days of confirmation.
- The refund will be sent to the same payment method used for your original purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to appear.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
- The service has been misused or shared in violation of our Terms of Service.
- The device has been altered, damaged, or tampered with.
- The refund request falls outside the stated eligibility period.
- Incorrect device configuration.
- Using an unsupported device.
- Poor internet connection or user-side network issues.
