IPTV subscription plans (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months).
Pre-configured streaming devices (Fire TV Sticks and Android TV Boxes).
Technical support for setup and usage.

Account Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure.
Do not share your account with others outside your household.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast our content.
Use our service for unlawful purposes.
Tamper with our systems, apps, or streaming content.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of purchase via approved payment methods.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

1-month plans – non-refundable.
3-month plans – refund within 7 days of activation.
6/12-month plans – refund within 30 days of activation.
Loaded devices – refund within 30 days if returned in original condition.

Delivery of Products

Subscriptions: Activation details are emailed within 5 minutes of purchase.
Devices: Shipped via tracked delivery within 3 business days.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and content on our website are owned by GB IPTV UK or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your most recent subscription period.
